Eye candy called Paris

paris1.jpg

It wouldn't be wrong to say that 2008 is the year of the touchscreen phones. We have already seen the awesomeness called not to forget the from Philips. That's pretty much every major cell phone manufacturer out there people! Here's one more touchscreen device which is codenamed Paris.

The Paris looks to be a slider with a humongous screen and runs on Symbian UIQ 3.3, the latest version of UIQ after it was acquired by Sony Ericsson. As we can garner from the pictures, the phone has a 5-megapixel camera and a QWERTY keypad. There is no info on whether it has HSDPA/HSUPA, GPS, or if the screen is VGA, but if all these points tally up, we will have one more hot contender for the HTC Diamond, don't you think?
